Welcome to The Woods of Garland homeowners web page.

We are a gated residential neighborhood located in Lewiston, Michigan within the Garland Lodge and Golf Resort. Our association is comprised of 130 wooded, buildable lots and homes amongst the Fountains Golf Course. We currently have full and part-time residents who enjoy golf, friendship and staying connected with the community.

The association is governed by a Board of Directors established by the Condominium Documents. There is also an Architectural Control Committee, established by the Condominium Documents, and is active with the purpose of improving the neighborhood and upholding all requirements of the Homeowners Association.

The HOA holds an annual meeting which all members are encouraged to attend. Please feel free to browse this web site. This site is administered and monitored by our business agent, Nindy Services.
